Insightful Life Coach, Jasmine Rice, Releases Free eBook

February 22 23:35 2021

Denver, CO, USA – February 22, 2021 – Life coach and founder of “Good Things are Gonna Come LLC,” Jasmine Rice, is releasing a free ebook. The book “7 Self-Care Tips You Know You SHOULD Be Doing, But Aren’t” is meant to provide the reader with simple tips and tools needed to change their habits and begin their transformation to a healthier, mentally and physically, way of being.

In 2019, Rice began “Good Things are Gonna Come LLC” with a simple blog. She started with a desire to use her transformational journey to inspire others to make changes in their lives to start the healing process to begin their own transformations after challenging life transitions. 2020 was rife with global challenges, including a pandemic, and Rice realized she could help more people through life coaching than with just her blog. Rice says, “Throughout my journey of healing, I have discovered I’m much stronger than I ever knew possible…and so are you!”

Rice learned from her experiences, to heal and transform, she needed to take care of herself. Often, the most challenging part about caring for oneself is carving out the time and dedicating the energy to doing so. According to Rice, “learning to practice self-care, loving yourself and living a life you don’t feel the need to escape from can be a scary process. Sometimes it’s much easier to want to get the hell out of Dodge, hit the fast-forward button, and get to the “good parts of life.” But the truth is, even though life is difficult at times, it is all “good parts” because we learn from mistakes and challenges and grow.” Throughout her journey, Rice realized that, though simple, these seven tips were the keys to wellbeing, so she wrote a book.

In “7 Self-Care Tips You Know You SHOULD Be Doing, But Aren’t,” Rice takes the reader through 7 simple ways to maintain health and wellness without getting overwhelmed. These tips may seem like common sense, but in reality, most feel too busy with life to practice them on a daily basis. Rice provides unique insight and perspective as her ebook details how to take these tips and turn them into healthy habits.
